They don't care about enquiries over the phone and they are rude..Not recommended at all
I cannot recommend this daycare enough! I toured lots of daycares before my first maternity leave was over, it was nerve racking. Nothing felt right until I came here. The staff were friendly, the facility was clean and bright, the meals were healthy and delicious, my child instantly started exploring instead of clinging to me. Our experience here was incredible. My daughter has been attending Tiny Hoppers for about 3 months now and she absolutely LOVES this place! At first, I was hesitant because there were no cameras for parents to access unlike the previous daycare she's been at, but now, after getting to know all the teachers and staff, I KNOW my child is in great hands. My son is two and has been attending Tiny Hoppers South Surrey for just over a year. Tiny Hoppers is a stellar example of empathetic childcare that puts the child’s needs first. I feel so comfortable dropping my son off with the Team at Tiny Hoppers. The teaching staff and administration’s communication is proactive and consistent. Will not recommend any parent to choose this daycare for their kids. It’s just waste of money and the kids don’t really learn anything new. And one thing i noticed is that the ladies are always talking in their own language and not teach anything productive to the childrens
