Organised to pickup an order via email, to the shop/warehouse completely closed. Other customers outside also confused. No mobile to call, emails have gone unanswered and landline numbers ring out. Really disappointed to have driven an hour for nothing.

Just ordered a mannequin… received a notification from PayPal saying it’s been shipped with AusPost & a tracking number …. It’s NOT an AusPost tracking number! Is this a scam??
Waited 3 month... then a part was missing
I Purchased a full size mannequin and received a metal rack instead, when I contacted them I was accused of trying to rip them off, the metal rack was sent back, a week later it turned up on my doorstep again and was sent back yet again, finally after six weeks of no communication I received the actual mannequin I ordered.
