My younger brother has been here for a year and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and environment. He has settled and is very happy at Tinkers Hatch, he is stimulated with lots of activities and trips out. We are always made welcome when we visit. His personal health is looked after with really good access to the healthcare services.
I went there to work as a support worker and the staff were so rude to me and other agency workers. I cant even imagine how they can be with the residents when actually they discriminate other member of staff.
Really welcoming staff. Nice atmosphere. Residents all appear settled & relaxed.
