I am a member and I called about loan types and terms for construction and home loans. I have been on hold now for about 48 minutes and when I called it stated that the wait time was approximately 15 minutes. I have not been given the option for call back and nobody has picked up the phone. I've seen a serious decline in customer service since 2020 and it seems to be getting worse over time. It's okay as a place to put money I don't usually access, but there's a reason I won't use them as my primary bank. I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so, either. They have zero perks, including any level of buyer protection. They give you nothing in dividends. It's slightly better than burying a jar in the backyard.
Loren in the Choctaw branch was amazing helping me open accounts for my kids and so many other things star employee!!!!!! So smart about all the accounts and information that TFC offers give her a raise immediately branch manager material!!!!!!
This is the branch I go to so this is the branch getting the review: Received a call this morning over a check issue. Received another call 4 hours later concerning the same issue and was told exact same thing. When I told the man calling me that I had already received a call this morning at 9 AM, He continued to go through his verbiage and ignore the fact that I’ve already been notified of the exact same issue 4 hours prior.
