Rain, Jo Lee, Jules, Douglas have wonderful customer service every time I go thru the drive thru or into the branch they are always so wonderful and pleasant to speak too! Thank you for your smiles and wonderful customer service this is my favorite branch!!
There is a reason I haven't joined and only done shared branching for 6 years. Today I had thought I would finally join to avoid the fees and the teller asked me how much cash I had, took it and then stashed it away without counting it back or counting it at all. Then he asked me how much I thought I had and told me it was $10 less when that's not possible because my $100s, $50s and 20's can't total to $570. He said I had smaller bills which was a lie. If you are needing an auto loan, go talk to Vincent! He was super knowledgable and took the time to explain to us what we qualified for. He even gave us a ballpark of much our monthly payments would be based on the price range we were looking at. We went in to get qualified for a pre-approval on a Saturday and that following Friday, we had a new car!
