Always a great experience here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I love bringing my little guy in to make his deposits and pick out a toy. He always loves coming in!
Had to terminate my account. The only reason to use them was a place to park money into a CD to ensure FDIC coverage. The instructions were to roll over the CD on expiration. Well, their online site would block my account so asked what is the time period before accounts are blocked. 30 days was the answer. 28 days later I tried logging in again only to find the account blocked. Then was told you had to make some transaction to keep it from blocking...just to LOOK at the account status. Nope. Made Zero Sense. So, gone.
The process to getting your first car loan is simultaneously confusing and scary, especially when learning on your own. However, Erika Blake was extremely supportive and informative. I couldn’t have closed on my first auto loan without her knowledge and support! I highly recommend this branch, everyone is kind and helpful.
