I absolutely hate the new teller machines at the drive thru. Why can't they have normal, regular ATM machines. I don't need to talk to a teller just to use my card and take out some cash.
I talked with Taylor at the drive-thru today, the new drive thru. I didn't know how to use the new system. Taylor was extremely professional & pleasant. A ray of sunshine, though the rain was pouring down. She was thorough in helping me navigate the machine, then she advised me to get a debit card to make it easier to use during off hours as well.
