Love having a local yarn shop, especially one run by such a knowledgeable person. Michelle is very knowledgeable on yarn and knitting and always very helpful. She offers several knitting classes per month (though I've never taken one as I am a crocheter). I have taken the crochet classes offered by Melissa instead - in fact Melissa taught me to crochet! Very good teacher, had me making a scarf with just 2 classes!
Michelle carries lovely yarn and she has a very welcoming space for our community of knitters.
I love this yarn store. There is so much support here, for newbies and more experienced fiber folks. And also for the greater community of artisans dyeing their own wool and making their own local handmade kits and products. Whether you’re looking for yarn, advice, a fun community, special gifts or more you can find it all here. I can’t say enough good things.
