They are polite, but just 3 months into my business connection paying for 1,000 Mbps download and upload, I am receiving 80 Mbps....
Terrible customer service. Live chat is useless. Can never get a person on the phone with a real answer. Frequent outages that they never fix quickly. Surprise fees. Not worth the hassle they cause
I try to go by their shop front to sign up for internet service in person, but this location doesn't even exist. 300 East Main St is not a real address. They wasted my time. If they can't even put a correct address, how reliable is their service?
Ting worked super well for my roommate on the ground floor of our townhouse where Ting installed the modem, but it consistently dropped the wifi for me and any upstairs devices, including a TV that was wired into the router we rented from Ting. Another huge issue is that Ting only has one type of router, so they can only send you a new device if yours physically does not work.
