Service has declined dramatically. When I signed up with Ting a few years ago, I was amazed at how quick, knowledgeable, and supportive their phone support was. This week I’ve had service issues twice, and have now been on hold for over half an hour.
They are polite, but just 3 months into my business connection paying for 1,000 Mbps download and upload, I am receiving 80 Mbps....
Terrible customer service. Live chat is useless. Can never get a person on the phone with a real answer. Frequent outages that they never fix quickly. Surprise fees. Not worth the hassle they cause
I try to go by their shop front to sign up for internet service in person, but this location doesn't even exist. 300 East Main St is not a real address. They wasted my time. If they can't even put a correct address, how reliable is their service?
