Outstanding selection, great customer service, comfortable lounge area. Best lounge in Buffalo!
Great environment
Lounge is clean and comfortable. Prices are astronomical probably because of NY State's outrageous exise tax on tobacco. Let me clarify the 3 star rating. The Lounge and store are 4 stars and the owners were very pleasant. NY State gets zero stars. I would have averaged out the rating for a 2 but that isn't fair to the proprietors so I gave it 3 stars. But for someone that travels around the country and visits cigar lounges at every stop, I can't rate the overall experience higher. Sorry guys.
