Literally would not waste time. I never in my life experienced a Tax and Title agent try and talk another party into undoing a sale until today. Literally she did nothing but try to scare the other party out of the deal for no reason. She seemed angry that we disturbed her during her business hours and the stuff she was suggesting was so wrong and off.
