I went through the intake process with Cleveland Clinic, provided my insurance, and was scheduled for an appointment 2 months later. Apparently the doctor only does Saturday appointments. The day before my appointment at 5 PM the office called and suddenly said they don't accept my insurance. I called the next morning and said I have already been waiting 2 months for the appointment and I'm out of my prescription so I would just pay cash for the visit.
