I had a great experience with Blundstone . I had bought a pair of blundstones 9 months ago. I reached out to blundstone about the fit they advised me to then filled out a warranty claim and within a week everything of sorted out and i received a new pair of shoes. the agent SHANA was amazing to deal with over emails.
