Service was top notch. I bought blundstone boots somewhere in Halifax, NS about 10 or 15 years ago. I didn't have the receipt. Contacted Blundstone and they sent me a new pair as the sole of my old right boot was cracked in two places. Hazzle free transaction. Thanks.
Blundstone Canada totally exceeded my expectations with regards to how the stand behind their products. My wife purchased her second pair of Blundstones and the heel on both boots fell apart after about 4 years. Her first pair lasted 18 years so I contacted Blundstone Canada and provided pictures of the boots. They agreed that this was abnormal and approved a replacement pair.
