The nervous system reset helped me to recognize some of the things my body was doing when I was in fight or flight mode. Whitney and Bre helped me talk through some of the things I was experiencing. I felt comfortable the entire time and was glad I took the time to do something for me. The somatic touch and sound bowls at the end were a great way to wrap up the session. I felt very relaxed and felt my body release tension that I had at the beginning. Definitely recommend if you feel stuck and need a reset!
Love, love, love sound healing nights! The sound bowls are so calming. My daughter and I have attended other events here and loved them as well! Everyone on staff there is so kind and compassionate. Will be going back!
