But shortly after I left my review, the owner, Jeffrey, personally called me, and that completely changed how I felt. Not only did he take care of the refund right away, but he also took the time to really listen and apologize in a kind, thoughtful way. Our group had a great instructor who was well spoken and helped educate on gun safety. Once we went though the basic instruction, our instructor was great about letting us get out there and enjoy the experience. Will be going back again.
Very clean and friendly environment. Our instructor Bill was knowledgeable and made our shooting lesson easy and fun for the whole group.
