Had an issue with one of our vehicles on a Saturday morning that required a tow. Nearest shop was Tim’s. We had the car towed there unannounced. Tim happened to be in the shop at the time. He was understanding to the situation and assured us he would look at what needed to be done to repair the car. The following Monday we received a reasonable quote for the repairs. I don’t think this place deserves one star, the lady on the phone is so rude cussing and screaming don’t know how this place is still doing business. Take your car any where else!!!!!
This shop will keep your car for years with out doing the work. Oil change brakes and other easy thing that should take an hour or two, might take a month or more here at this shop. Tim and his wife are never there.
Receptionist was extremely rude, called just about an inquiry and she was extremely out of context with how she spoke. I wouldn’t go there just for her attitude alone. I can only imagine the mechanics attitude if that’s the kind of service you get with the front. It’s a shame people have such poor, ill manners.
