WELL LET'S START BY SAYING WE BOUGHT A GENTLY USED APPLIANCE FROM HIM. IT WAS 5 YEARS OLD COME ON, "NOT REALLY GENTLY USED." IT WAS SCRATCHED BADLY DOWN 1 SIDE, I could live with that. IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND WAS FILTHY ON THE INSIDE. Tim said " he would reimburse us for the delivery fee since I had to clean it myself." STILL WAITING FOR THAT CHECK TO ARRIVE. 30 DAY WARRANTY, IT RAN FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND NOW FREEZES UP! GUESS WHO WON'T COME TO REPAIR IT?? BUYERS BEWARE!!

In the past I would've recommended Tim's but I've bought 2 different washer/dryer,,,first one wouldn't even turn on .wouldn't you think if you owned a appliance store you would at least plug it in to see if it worked before you sold it ......nope ! story goes on ....he did replace it but charged another 100$ to bring another unit and guess what,used it 3 times and now we are drying clothes with a fan and he won't return the calls probably a good thing because ita probably be 300$ to replace this one with another dryer.that w... read more

Did not stand behind guarantee of dryer purchased at the Vincennes short lived store. Would not return phone calls. Terrible customer service. Left me in the lurch. Would never recommend.
