I was shopping for an ebike for my wife and Tim's Bike Shop was the third place I went to. They had better options at better prices than the other two and the customer service was excellent. Jordan was super helpful and friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. We ended up buying two bikes from them and are loving them so far.

My partner and I have been working with Tim's Bike Shop over the last couple of weeks to get some touring bikes set up. They have been extremely helpful guiding us in many aspects of the purchase. Jordan Sembler in particular has gone above and beyond describing adjustments/adaptations to the bikes to make them more specific to our needs. They've been super timely with responses and getting parts in hand to complete the bikes. Great bikes, good price. I highly recommend!
