A trustworthy tax lawyer. Due to various reasons, I had created a rather large tax liability with both NY State and the IRS. I had a tax problem with the IRS, since I had not filed for two years since my husband was sick. Timothy Hart, who is both a Tax Attorney and CPA completed the tax returns and setup a payment plan with the IRS. He was also able to get the penalties abated, which saved us alot of money.
