The Roth IRA is making money, the mutual fund was not. So I took out my mutual fund money and started buying stocks on my own thru Ameritrade where I'm making about 15%. Most calls to Customer Service are not helpful. Example: Recently, I called twice in 2 wks to ask how to dwnld 2020 tax info. Both X's I was told I would find them under Statements.
