Tim took over as our personal accountant after our previous account retired from the industry. For the year that Tim assisted us, he was professional, thorough and responsive to our needs. The following year's tax season I reached out to Tim multiple times via email and called his office. I did not receive a response and eventually moved on to a another accountant.
