As a first time home buyer I felt about as comfortable with the process as I could. Tim and his team were available frequent and often but I did feel like there were times where a slightly more timely explanation of the events taking place could have been a benefit for me. I worry maybe too much but that is how it is with me. I will say that due to the fact it was an estate sale, the process had unforseen aspects that led to questions.
