I appreciate how honest Tim is. If there is an issue, he tells us immediately and walks us how to resolve. Very solution based. We buy a LOT of property and we have used Tim a ton, we love how he is direct and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of every aspect of the lending process and he works overtime to ensure a smooth contract to close.
