Went in this weekend to the sale and found almost exactly what we were looking for. The salesman introduced himself and let us look around without hovering. He came to us when we had questions but left us alone otherwise (which is a nice change from the big box furniture stores). His answers were knowledgeable, and he helped us make a deal that we are very happy with. I would 100% recommended this store regardless of whether there is a sale or not. The no pressure feeling is worth it alone!
I went to to the store to buy a futon and they had a poor selection of the two they had in store. I asked if they could order something different in for me and got told no that’s all I get to choose from. Very poor customer service. I said I guess I’ll have to head into the city to find something and the woman helping me didn’t seem to care. I will not be shopping here for any future purchases.
