So far, only bad experiences. "Our office is closed" - but no information when it will be open. Is part of Sutter, but does not use "MyChart" for scheduling. Everything is offline and on paper and instructions are supposed to come per snail mail - if they ever come. Let's see if things get better once I am able to see the doctor - and if there's any way to get their offline reports into my comprehensive health record.
