The reason for writing this review is to express my appreciation for the kindness and patience shown by many of your drivers—especially since the introduction of the new QR code scanning system. As a regular commuter, I’ve noticed that scanning the new passes can sometimes take a bit longer, which can be stressful during busy hours. worst customer service and bus service I've ever used. cancelled stops halfway through the day with no signage or announcements and when I called to inquire, the woman told me it's not her issue and hung up on me... honestly just invest in a car
3 stars due to the feminist in the office that hates men. The short grey haired woman.. Gives me trouble everything I need to renew my monthly pass.
