My father passed before the medicaid papers were filed , were told if that happened we would get a refund.. they lied to us and kept almost all of it, because they were prepared to file.. so my daddy dies and they steal his money.. because they can.. how sad is that... so look elsewhere ir get it in writing, their word means nothing
I would recommend them to anyone. The whole staff is awesome very helpful and always there to help beyond there duties. I attended there free class it is also great.
My family is currently working with Timmel Law in estate /. Medicaid planning. We are in the early processes but I will say that Peggy and Julie have been wonderful and taking a lot of stress out of our lives.
