Unhelpful and unprofessional senior team. Expensive for a non profit and the true level of care offered. Building and garden tired and needing some improvement. Truly a let down. Could and should do so much better for the residents, but no desire to do so.

I can't recommend this care home although my relative is being adequately looked after and there are some very good members of staff as the managers have made communication so difficult. Relations are always fraught with care homes as having a relative with dementia is hard. This home is advertised as luxury, but the luxury isn't in the important things instead on items which might be important to the few but not everyone. Lovely place to work, great team and staff do their best. Of course the same as any other care home there will always be areas to improve on. And for our wonderful residents and their families we welcome feedback in which we can seek to improve on. It takes a village as they say. What is unfortunate is when Google reviews aren’t used for genuine opinions , genuine ones both positive and negative which shows a balanced view are expected.
