Good health and dental insurance, eye insurance NEEDS an overhaul Good pay Lack of communication, restricts first amendment rights of certain employees due to so called "respect policy" and not wanting to "offend" others. You might want to do something about that security guard you have. Seems to think he is an actual police officer and enforces authority he doesn’t have. Next time my lawyer will be involved.

Good ole Timken Bearing Plant. During my tenure here my coworkers treated me with respect and trained me like how they would want to be trained. I have nothing but respect to the workers here at timken especially the maintenance team. The Feeling is mutual i believe parting ways was the best for both parties. I enjoyed working here because the people made it enjoyable. Shout out to Jerry, Roger, Justin, Todd, Annalee, Josh, Tim and Windy. Thank you guys, best of luck in your future endeavors.
