Understaff and staffs are disrespectful. Need to follow up multiple times before they accommodate you. The manager doesn't listen to customer's complaints and just told us not to play. Very unprofessional.
Long queues due to understaffing. Staff are very slow to attend to and disrespectful to customers. They don’t listen to customer feedback at all which is totally different from my experience in other branches. Tip: Don’t play any card collecting machines.
