We had a teenage-aged birthday party on a Sunday morning and it was a great experience. From the pre party check-ins from the staff emailing to follow up on my missing guest list, to friendly reminders about the run times for activities I really appreciated the information provided on what to expect. The staff taking care of us on the party day were also very friendly, helpful and great communicators for the young people.
