Timezone trinoma, machines are malfunctioning halfway during play. A lot of staff but no immediate help. We waited longer than we played
Big branch but most machines are broken. Vr Hologate doesn't work, some gun games, and some machines just eat my powerload without loading it to play the game. Customer service is not that great, we were standing as if we're in a line for UFO vr but the the guy didn't inform us anything. We waited for nothing eventually. Fun games but not as fun as ayala terraces. It's not that clean and hygienic too. Hopefully they fix the machines and improve customer service especially there are a lot of customers there.

It was a good experience though this branch in Trinoma is not big, this timezone in trinoma is smaller than Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces and Feliz.. and first we try the carousel, some claw games, and their music zone on the karaoke hub is great, after 5 songs my friends left so i sing alone in the karaoke and i find it better to somehow relapse and release my stress lol. After my friends had returned we play again the VR it was also good experience
