I was a long-time Time Warner Cable customer with the cable, phone and internet package with bundle plan. Great services. Time Warner Cable all the equipment is amazing and its work very well.
So far we have been very satisfied with Time Warner Cable, the set up was great, our internet and tv works well and the service has been very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in store.We bought some equipment back and it was fast and easy, so far so good with them, no issues at all.
I am impress from Time Warner Cable store. Its a much nicer space, and they have a ticketed system that makes it WAY easier to tell when it's your turn and where to go. The waiting area is very lounge, and the customer service area is all standing desks, which I guess may help people get out quicker. I was here exchanging a modem, and the person who helped me was helpful and nice.
