I am so ready to close my account with Spectrum. I contacted you on March 2nd to request an upgrade and add move channels, was told I would receive the new equipment in 3-5 business days. Since then I have not received the equipment and have contacted customer service 4 times via chat and am told " I show your equipment will arrive tomorrow via FedEx" I even contacted customer service by phone after I contacted them the first time about not getting the equipment and that rep said they had records showing it was delivered on ... read more
