I have been going to Times Optical on Yonge St. for at least 5 years, they always seem to have a good selection of frames that suit my needs. Their after market service is great, I tend to like semi-rimless glasses where the bottom half is tied together by a string, the string occasionally pops out, when it does I bring my glasses back and Frank is always happy to help refit the string and tighten the glasses for me. It has become one of my favorite glasses stores in the GTA.
They helped adjust and retighten my frameless glasses. They did an amazing job.
I was recommended to them by a friend and was absolutely mind blown at how helpful everyone was. I found some sunglasses that were the most comfortable I have ever worn. I also learned about the tech behind the lenses which I never before thought about. Everyone was friendly I know where I'll be going the next time I need new glasses. Thanks guys!
Great customer experiences. Love the glasses and glasses price are great deal. Jamie is great to service customers
Super professional and always top Notch service. Highly recommend!
