As a first time home buyer, the process can be pretty overwhelming and scary at times. When you need legal paperwork drafted for real estate and property, you will find this process quite convenient. I needed a Road Users agreement and an easement drafted to continue my project and they are able to do it over the phone and computer in 10 days. To get another lawyer to do it would require an appointment and office visits then drafting the paperwork which would take much longer and require me to set up times to go an meet during business hours.
Very thorough and met my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend.
