I'm sorry to see this company went down....Last year I was able to get my first piece...it took 6 months. I ordered again because was told it would take a month... After 3 months I saw same pattern. No replies, no emails, nothing. She finally told me she had gotten another job. That was it, I needed my money back. The good news is, if you paid PayPal you can file a claim. Almost always PayPal will side with you if you got all your information and records. I'm glad I did mine weeks ago.
This company is a rip off. We are trying to report to Facebook.
I have been ripped off as well. Ordered back in March. Kept getting the run around. Now they won't return any calls or email. Kept getting told it would be another 2 weeks for about 2 months. They have pocketed my money and run it appears. Stay Away
Purchased a dresser and two night tables 16 weeks ago. Everything paid via Paypal. Called again to check on the items, but the phone number listed on the website going straight to a fax machine dial tone. Also unanswered emails and Facebook messages. Finally asked the Paypal to reach out to the seller but no answer yet. Is anyone else having this issue?
Beautiful and sturdy products. I'd love to redo my entire house with furniture from Timeless Journey!
