Ashley and the Timeless Focus team did the spring photos for my granddaughter's daycare this year. What a huge improvement from the previous photographer! There were so many affordable selections to choose from and the photos looked great! It was very nice to have school pictures turn out so well. I called Ashley to order an extra print and she was very accommodating and easy to work with. I hope Timeless Focus continues to do the photos for our daycare. Great Job!! Thank you!

We had an accidental picture packet swap with our sports photos. Ashley was very understanding and is working to fix the problem.

So impressed! One of the best pictures ever to be taken of my daughter! Ashley went above and beyond and reach retakes twice due to illness. She was responsive and super cooperative! Highly recommend!

Timeless Focus was hired to do photos at my son's daycare. The photos I received back were less than sub par. What was supposed to be a memorable first photo of my 3 month old at daycare, which I was extremely excited about as a first time parent, is now a photo of him with his eyes closed, mid-fuss, that I paid a $20+ package for. As anyone knows, babies cry, and need a bit more patience when it comes to photo taking.
