I like to know some specifics/details ahead of time, so I thought their website was a bit vague. We were there for Senior Pics. I had never been there before. It would have been nice to have an idea of what to expect. My daughter didn't even know what shoes she should wear. Once we got there, however, everyone was very nice and understanding. Did a beautiful job auth senior portraits. They've got an incredible set up of backgrounds outside their building as well.
Very friendly great with the kids would definitely recommend over any chain store
