My dad and I had our first session in the salt cave yesterday and loved it! Looking forward to our next session.
I purchased a package then they closed that location. They told me I would get a refund. Even after contacting them several times, I never got my refund.
I'm pretty sure this place has officially closed down, but I don't know for sure. Tried calling many times, now it's saying that the number listed was disconnected. Pretty bummed, I heard this place was awesome and I have a $50 gift card that's just going to go to waste...
I have called numerous times for the past 6 months, emailed which no longer exist, sent FB messages with no replies. I called in June and they didn't have half the services available because they were moving to new location in July. So I waited.....and now they disappeared. I have a $300 gift card.
This is the second time they have disappeared and left customers without any information. There has been a lot of drama over the last few years with their location chnages. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm done trusting your business.
