I called this company wanting to price up just a small window for our babies room, Jan stuck with me on the phone running me through the options of what we could do to save the cost of a shutter system. We ended up reversing the blind to block out more natural light then what we had. His attention to detail and customer service is beyond what anyone else was willing to provide. A small business that really wanted to help us. Lovely. Will return in the future.

I highly recommend Jan and his family for their exceptional service and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and their high-quality blinds have been fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend Jan and his family company Timeless Blinds and Shutters. He and his wife installed plantation shutters in five windows as well as a concertina, plantation shutter sliding door two years ago. The workmanship was excellent and they were a great success. Their post-installation care is wonderful. Today, two years later, Jan came to fix the sliding door which had a problem; he refused to take any money.
