It may not be a big deal to some, but I have terrible veins and have had MANY horrible blood-draw experiences in my life. Lea was amazing. I am not even bruised and she was able to (slowly) get the blood needed with only one attempt. She was very thorough with her questions and was very willing to look into a customized plan to fit my specific hormonal needs. I look forward to working with her further.
The provider was extremely professional and attentive during my visit. She put me at ease and listened to all of my concerns during my HRT visit. The office was very clean and well organized.
