Be aware! This company is a scammer, they steal your container and goods and then they say we don't know where is the container.
Terrible experience. They added tons of extra charges. They are expensive and have terrible attitudes and we’re horrible to deal will. They are not a legitimate business and run their amateur operation out of a residential townhouse. Would avoid at all costs.
Do not use this firm, they are very dishonest and will NEVER own up to their failures. They are incapable of following instructions and will fraudulently change paperwork on international shipments rather than ask a question. If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with Jenny Wong you will know why I have wrote this review.
