Useless internet provider. They do work in the middle of the night, knock out the internet for hours, take their sweet time repairing it, and don't even bother to notify you about any of it. Can't wait until I'm in an area where I can get Metronet.

Constantly lose internet and cable connection then takes sometimes over a day to get back. They're horrible.

Horrendous customer service, techs lack proper knowledge and training while bashing the previous tech every time a new one shows up. Toxic characteristics that bleed into overpriced Internet in a monopoly situation in our area due to lack of providers. Rest assured when a new provider comes through myself and the entirety of our neighborhood is dropping you like a bad habit

I’ve not seen any recent postings of Spectrum (formerly Time Warner). The newest one is from THREE years ago. Absolute waste of time & money! Every day… a text message tells me there’s an outage. The frequency of this outrage is ridiculous! It can be a nice sunny day and “flick”…. The Wi-Fi is gone. Why? Trying to find another service is a hoot….. they are currently working on installing in this area!
