time warner is the worse ever, i was a customer for 3 + years, my bill kept increasing and I called to see if i could down grade to lower my bill instead they raised my bill again so i switch to direct tv. i turned off my auto draft for time warner and they still took money out my account and said it would take 4-6 weeks to refund my money

Terrible! I can also confirm that Cincinnati Time-Warner has horrible customer service and shady business practices. There is no internal communication and you will be told different things by every rep you talk to. I had wireless issues for 2 weeks and had 3 reps come out to my house and no one could figure out the issue. Initially I was told my \$55/month internet included wireless but it turns out this was false and while Time-Warner doesnt state it anywhere they charge \$5 extra for wireless access.
