March 5, internet out for 8 hours, April 4 internet out for 8 hours, may 4 internet out for 8 hours....customer service is rude and swears it's not them. I have all new equipment, changed routers 3 times, modems 3 times, but still according to customer service it's my problem, something needs to be done about this crap company
High price, slow speeds, customer service has their heads up their asses. Internet goes down at least twice a month and customer service of course says there's no problem on their end. Had little to no problems when it was time Warner...now that it's spectrum it's nothing but problems. They promised 60mbs....pullman Moscow apparently doesn't support 60mbs yet so you only get 30mbs which I have never seen, the max I've gotten has been 25....crap lousy company,
