Poor experience as new patient- pouring rain and cold and was told I needed to go back out to my car to fill out paperwork due to “Covid” (after already seated) although waiting room was empty. When I initially went to retrieve paperwork from the counter I was told I needed to step back from the counter due to patient documents sitting at the desk. Recommend staff not keeping the patient records out in the open to begin with. Highly recommend staff evaluating the efficiency of the front office experience. My mother and I fel... read more
