After my mum passed away, i was struggling and overwhelmed, Mel is a compassionate and intuitive Reiki practitioner who helped me move through the 'stuck' energy of my grief, she is a wonderful, gentle, kind healer and the sessions i attended have been a vital part of my healing journey. Thank you Mel, i am forever grateful.
Have had multiple Reiki sessions with Mel following a recommendation from my sister. Working with Mel has really improved my life! Reiki helped release a lot of emotions and helped me acknowledge/ remove things that felt like they were weighing me down and holding me back in a way traditional CBT couldn’t. It takes time but it’s like getting an energetic reset. Mel is a wonderful person, very easy to work with and trust and truly excellent at her job! Would highly recommend it to anyone open to the idea of Reiki!

I met Mel when I couldn’t see how I would ever get back to myself. I was broken and angry. Mel helped me understand what I was going through and all the related feelings.
