Amazing services and company
0 Stars if I could. I booked a car 3 weeks ago and right up until the time it said waiting for driver and so never showed. I had to scramble to find another option last minute for an event.
Do not use!! Booked a car, received a quote and confirmation text but didn’t show. Based on other recent reviews, this company appears to be no longer in business. No answer to phone calls. The apps have been removed from the app stores. The owner should at least takedown the site.
No car, no call, no answer…and still was charged. I’d give a negative rating if there was an option.
If I could put zero stars I would. Booked a luxury SUV for a client for an airport ride. 8:45 am. Received confirmation text everything good night before. Company no showed the appointment. Had to scramble to find a cab last minute as it's impossible to get a limo or luxury vehicle for a client last minute. Completely unprofessional and still no contact or anything 25 minutes later.
