I visited about a month ago with a problem I thought was helpless to even try get fixed. My helmet clip somehow came off my helmet while skiing and no ski shops in Perisher or Jindabyne could do anything about it. Then I came to Time II Ride and met the lovely staff who were very understanding about this annoying situation! They went through boxes of supplies and tools just for me and eventually hand-sculpted a clip to fit my helmet exactly! Thank you so much Time II Ride - I will definitely be back!!
Shay was very helpful. It was my first year snowboarding and he was very knowledgable and looked after me very well. Would definitely go back to him for any of my snowboarding needs.
